Metropolis Healthcare Promoters File No New Encumbrance Declaration for FY26

Metropolis Healthcare Limited promoters have submitted a disclosure confirming that no new encumbrances were created on promoter-held equity shares during the financial year ended March 31, 2026, beyond those already reported. Promoter Ameera Sushil Shah filed the declaration under Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations on behalf of all promoters and promoter group members. The declaration was submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India on April 9, 2026.

Metz Advisory LLP, a promoter entity, held 6,27,64,864 equity shares in Metropolis Healthcare Limited as of March 31, 2026. Of these, 12,00,000 shares were encumbered. No other promoter or promoter group entity reported any encumbered shares during the financial year.

Sushil Shah Family Trust, a promoter entity, held 1,49,00,980 shares with zero encumbrance. Duru Shah Family Trust, under the promoter group category, held 2,29,18,740 shares with no encumbered shares. Promoter Ameera Sushil Shah held 7,27,380 shares, all unencumbered.

The total promoter and promoter group shareholding across all 31 entities stood at approximately 10.13 crore shares. Only 12,00,000 shares, or about 0.12 percent of the total promoter holding, were encumbered. The encumbrance is entirely attributable to shares held by Metz Advisory LLP.

Among other entities in the promoter and promoter group, Mayur Shah held 20 shares and Sushil Kanubhai Shah reported zero direct shareholding. All remaining entities, including multiple family trusts, private limited companies, and limited liability partnerships, reported zero shareholding or zero encumbered shares.
