NBCC (India) Limited secures work orders worth Rs 20.92 crore

NBCC (India) Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange and BSE that it has received two work orders worth approximately Rs 20.92 crore in the ordinary course of business. The disclosure was made through a regulatory filing on June 16, 2026.

Chennai Port Authority has awarded NBCC a contract for improvement works to the Medical and Surgical Blocks of ChPA Hospital at Chennai Port. The project is classified under the Project Management Consultancy segment. The order is valued at approximately Rs 8.48 crore, exclusive of GST.

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has separately awarded NBCC the construction of a 150-bedded VISHRAM SADAN at Government General Hospital in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. This order is also under the Project Management Consultancy segment. The approximate value of this contract is Rs 12.44 crore, exclusive of GST.

Both contracts are domestic in nature and are part of NBCC's normal business operations. The combined value of the two work orders awarded to NBCC stands at Rs 20.92 crore. NBCC stated that detailed information is available on NBCC's website.

NBCC confirmed that neither the promoters, promoter group, nor group companies have any interest in the Chennai Port Authority or Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The orders do not qualify as related party transactions, NBCC added in its stock exchange filing.
