NBCC (India) Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited on July 10, 2026 that its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited received four work orders valued at approximately Rs 158.95 crore excluding Goods and Services Tax. The work orders were received in the ordinary course of business of HSCL.
The District Mineral Foundation Keonjhar awarded HSCL a Rs 70.59 crore contract for construction of a Mega Education Complex in Keonjhar district of Odisha on a project management consultancy basis. The same entity awarded HSCL a separate Rs 17.24 crore order for DD University works at the same complex under similar terms. Both these contracts are domestic orders executed on a deposit work basis.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan awarded HSCL two contracts valued at Rs 35.56 crore each for construction of new campuses in Angul district and Sambalpur district of Odisha. These orders are also domestic project management consultancy contracts executed on a deposit work basis and are in the ordinary course of business.
All four orders are domestic contracts that do not involve related party transactions. HSCL received the orders in its ordinary course of business. The contracts are project management consultancy orders executed on a deposit work basis.
The exchange filing under reference number NBCC/NSEBSE/2026-27 was submitted by Deepti Gambhir Company Secretary of NBCC India Limited. The details of the work orders are available on the NBCC website as confirmed in the exchange filing submitted to both stock exchanges.
