NCC Limited has secured new orders totalling Rs 1,837.01 crore (excluding GST) during May 2026. The construction and infrastructure company disclosed the order inflow to the National Stock Exchange and BSE through a regulatory filing on 31 May 2026. NCC submitted the information under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, which governs disclosure of material events by listed entities.
Of the total orders received during the month, the Water Division contributed the highest value at Rs 1,289.17 crore. The Electrical Division added new contracts worth Rs 286.42 crore. The Buildings Division received orders valued at Rs 261.42 crore. These three divisions together accounted for the entire order inflow reported for the month.
NCC confirmed that all orders were received in the normal course of business and the reported figures do not include any internal orders. The company also stated that the promoters, promoter group, and group companies have no interest in the entities that awarded these contracts. NCC clarified that the orders are not related party transactions.
NCC has a diversified project portfolio spanning water and wastewater treatment, buildings and housing, electrical transmission and distribution, transportation infrastructure, mining, and irrigation systems. The company executes projects for central and state government agencies, public sector undertakings, and private clients across India.
NCC operates from its headquarters in Hyderabad and was incorporated in 1990. The company has established a presence across multiple states delivering infrastructure projects over more than three decades.
