Ola Electric Mobility Raises Rs 780.24 Crore via QIP at Rs 35.86 Per Share

Ola Electric Mobility Limited has allotted 217,578,428 equity shares at Rs 35.86 per share to qualified institutional buyers, raising Rs 780.24 crore through a qualified institutions placement. The issue opened on June 1, 2026 and closed on June 4, 2026.

The Fund Raising Committee of the board approved the allotment on June 4, 2026. Each equity share has a face value of Rs 10 and the issue price includes a premium of Rs 25.86 per share. The issue price of Rs 35.86 reflects a discount of 4.98% to the floor price of Rs 37.74 per share.

Post allotment, the paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 4,628.41 crore from Rs 4,410.83 crore. Total outstanding equity shares rose to 4,628,408,313 from 4,410,829,885.

Mirae Asset Large and Midcap Fund was the largest allottee at 15.38% of the issue, receiving 3,34,63,469 equity shares on a pan-clubbed basis. Mirae Asset Midcap Fund was allotted 69,71,556 shares and Mirae Asset ELSS Tax Saver Fund received 55,77,245 shares.

Motilal Oswal Small Cap Fund was allotted 9.61% or 2,09,14,668 equity shares of the issue, while Motilal Oswal Active Momentum Fund received 97,60,178 shares. JM Financial Mutual Fund together accounted for 5.13% with 1,11,54,489 equity shares allocated across JM Value Fund, JM Flexicap Fund, JM Midcap Fund, and JM Small Cap Fund.

Ola Electric Mobility Limited will submit the updated shareholding pattern along with the listing application to the stock exchanges. The equity shares are listed on the NSE under the symbol OLAELEC and on the BSE under scrip code 544225.
