Olectra Greentech Limited reported a standalone net profit of Rs 172.89 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, compared with Rs 139.56 crore in the previous year. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 2,274.23 crore from Rs 1,763.06 crore in FY2025.
For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, standalone net profit stood at Rs 50.60 crore, against Rs 24.32 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations for Q4 FY2026 was Rs 635.22 crore, compared with Rs 437.97 crore in the year-ago quarter.
Earnings per share for FY2026 stood at Rs 21.06 on a face value of Rs 4, against Rs 17.00 in the previous year. Basic and diluted EPS for the March quarter were Rs 6.16.
The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.60 per equity share (15% of face value of Rs 4) for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
On a segment basis, the Mobility Division, comprising e-buses and e-trucks, posted revenue of Rs 1,948.78 crore for FY2026, while the Energy Division recorded revenue of Rs 325.44 crore. Segment profit before tax and interest for the Mobility Division stood at Rs 184.06 crore and for the Energy Division at Rs 112.28 crore.
