Patanjali Foods Limited announced its audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, approved by the board at its meeting on May 30, 2026.
Revenue from operations for the January-March quarter stood at Rs 11,155.60 crore, compared to Rs 9,511.95 crore in the same period last year. Total income for the quarter was Rs 11,212.17 crore, against Rs 9,564.47 crore in the year-ago period.
Total expenses for the quarter were Rs 10,807.67 crore, compared to Rs 9,105.99 crore in Q4 FY25. Net profit for the quarter was Rs 524.02 crore, against Rs 358.54 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Profit before tax stood at Rs 235.69 crore and included exceptional items of Rs 168.81 crore.
For the full year ended March 31, 2026, Patanjali Foods reported revenue from operations of Rs 40,169.58 crore, up from Rs 33,758.25 crore in FY25. Total income for the year was Rs 40,347.78 crore, compared to Rs 33,895.69 crore in the previous fiscal.
Total expenses for FY26 were Rs 38,794.84 crore, against Rs 32,164.52 crore in FY25. Net profit for the year rose to Rs 1,814.87 crore from Rs 1,301.34 crore. Profit before tax for FY26 was Rs 1,353.94 crore, compared to Rs 1,726.16 crore in the previous year. Exceptional items for the year stood at Rs 199.00 crore.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 4.82, against Rs 3.30 in the year-ago period. For the full year, EPS was Rs 16.69 compared to Rs 11.97 in FY25. The board also approved the consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year.
