PNC Infratech Wins Rs 302.44 Crore Airport EPC Contract from AAI

PNC Infratech Limited has been declared as the L1 bidder for a major airport EPC project by the Airports Authority of India. The quoted price for the project is Rs 302.44 crore excluding GST, as announced on 29 May 2026.

The project involves detailed designing, engineering, procurement, and construction of both cityside and airside works at Pantnagar Airport in Uttarakhand. Cityside works include a new domestic terminal building with parking facilities, electrical sub-station, approach roads, ancillary structures, and all associated MEP and electro-mechanical works.

Airside works encompass extension and strengthening of the runway, apron, taxiways, isolation bay, RESA, grading, and civil and electrical works for NAV-AIDS facilities. Additional components are perimeter road, approach road, runway lighting system, and allied infrastructure.

The contract includes maintenance, operation, and AICMC services for the airport systems, IT systems, and security systems. The completion period for the entire project is 24 months from the award date.

PNC Infratech Limited will execute the project on an EPC basis, covering all aspects from detailed design to construction and commissioning. The company has confirmed that there is no interest of the promoter or promoter group in the awarding entity.

The trading window for dealing in the company's securities is closed until 48 hours after this announcement as per SEBI insider trading regulations.
