Praj Industries Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 844.56 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared with Rs 859.68 crore in the same period last year and Rs 841.49 crore in the preceding December quarter. Profit before tax before exceptional items was Rs 15.47 crore, against Rs 58.25 crore in Q4 FY25 and Rs 21.61 crore in Q3 FY26. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 11.61 crore, compared with Rs 39.82 crore in the year-ago period and a net loss of Rs 12.39 crore in the third quarter.
For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, Praj Industries posted consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 3,167.88 crore, compared with Rs 3,228.04 crore in FY25. Profit before tax before exceptional items was Rs 76.29 crore, against Rs 270.39 crore in the previous fiscal. Net profit for FY26 was Rs 23.85 crore, compared with Rs 218.93 crore in FY25.
Order intake during the March quarter was Rs 658 crore. The consolidated order backlog as of March 31, 2026 stood at Rs 4,305 crore, against Rs 4,293 crore at the end of the previous fiscal year.
The board of directors has proposed a final dividend of Rs 3.60 per equity share, representing 180% of the face value of Rs 2 per share, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
