Prestige Estates Projects Limited has launched Phase 2 of Prestige Forest Hills at The Prestige City, Mulund in Mumbai through its wholly owned subsidiary. The phase comprises Towers C in part and Tower D, located at the foothills of Yogi Hills in Mulund West.
Phase 2 offers 500 premium residences with 3 and 4-bedroom configurations featuring expansive decks. Apartment sizes range from 946 sq. ft. to 2,643 sq. ft. of RERA carpet area, with ticket sizes starting from approximately Rs 2.73 crore. The launch spans a total developable area of approximately 1.7 million sq. ft. with an estimated Gross Development Value of approximately Rs 2,200 crore.
Prestige Forest Hills forms part of The Prestige City, Mulund, an integrated township spread across approximately 32 acres featuring premium residential developments, proposed retail, commercial, educational, healthcare, and social infrastructure. Prestige Estates had launched Phase 1 of Prestige Forest Hills, comprising Towers A and B, in August 2024.
Prestige Forest Hills spans approximately 6.5 acres and includes four high-rise towers complemented by an expansive podium featuring over 50 lifestyle amenities. The development offers forest views while providing seamless access to key business districts and major transport corridors across Mumbai.
As of March 2026, Prestige Group has delivered 316 projects spanning 212 million sq. ft. and has a pipeline of 135 projects across 227 million sq. ft.
