Prestige Estates Projects Limited has launched Phase 2 of its plotted development project Prestige Gardenia Estates in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. The project is located within minutes of Kempegowda International Airport, NH 44, and the Satellite Town Ring Road. The area also provides access to major IT parks, schools, hospitals, and retail destinations.
Spread over approximately 21 acres of infrastructure-ready land, the development comprises 195 plots with a total development area of just under 0.5 million sqft. Prestige estimates revenue potential at nearly Rs 400 crore for this phase. The project features wide, tree-lined corridors, modern utilities, and curated green zones.
Prestige Gardenia Estates Phase 2 includes a state-of-the-art clubhouse, jogging and walking tracks, multipurpose courts, and pickleball courts. The amenities also feature an outdoor gym, yoga lawn, reflexology path, and flower and Zen gardens. Additional facilities include a children's play area with tree house, skating rink, climbing wall, sunken seating pockets, and a dedicated pet park.
Phase 1 of the project sold out at launch. The combined development with Phase 1 offers these amenities to residents of the enclave in North Bengaluru.
The Prestige Group has delivered 316 projects spanning 212 million sqft as of March 2026. The Group's current pipeline includes 135 projects covering 227 million sqft across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and integrated township segments.
