Prestige Estates Projects Limited, through its Prestige Group, has partnered with Bengaluru Airport City Limited (BACL) to develop a landmark convention and integrated destination within Bengaluru Airport City. Anchored by a convention centre, the development brings together business, hospitality, culture, and experiences in a connected ecosystem.
The integrated destination will feature a convention and exhibition centre, luxury hotels under the St. Regis and Marriott Marquis brands, premium office space, and curated food and beverage experiences. The project is located within Bengaluru Airport City and is designed to serve global travellers, event organisers, corporations, visitors, and residents.
Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, said the development reflects the group's vision of creating destination-defining assets that contribute to the growth of cities and economies. He added that the partnership with BACL will help shape a globally competitive urban precinct that elevates Bengaluru’s stature.
Hari Marar, Managing Director and CEO of Bangalore International Airport Limited, said the partnership is an important step toward creating destinations that bring together enterprise, talent, and ideas at scale. He noted that airport cities are emerging as engines of economic and social activity, and the development will serve businesses, visitors, and communities alike.
The convention centre is expected to become a premier venue for international conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, and cultural gatherings. The development is expected to catalyse economic growth, business tourism, investment, and employment opportunities in the airport corridor. As of March 2026, the Prestige Group has delivered 316 projects spanning 212 million sqft with a pipeline of 135 projects across 227 million sqft.
