Railtel wins Rs 82.04 crore railway signaling order from Haryana Rail Infra

Railtel Corporation Of India Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance from Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited for a railway signaling project valued at Rs 82.04 crore inclusive of taxes.

The scope of work covers design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of signaling and telecommunication systems for the Dhulawat Manesar New Patli railway section. The project also includes the Chandla Dungerwas and Pachgaon Halt Stations. The contract is classified as a domestic order within the railway signaling segment.

Railtel has a deadline of November 27, 2027 to complete the project. The work order was received on June 8, 2026. The information was disclosed to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The order was classified as a major order secured by Railtel.

Promoters and promoter group entities of Railtel hold no stake in Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited. The transaction does not fall under related party transactions. The estimated order size of Rs 82.04 crore is inclusive of all taxes.
