RattanIndia Enterprises reports Rs 166.35 crore net loss for FY26; revenue rises to Rs 7,530.51 crore

RattanIndia Enterprises Limited reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 166.35 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, compared with a net profit of Rs 80.72 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 7,530.51 crore from Rs 6,866.35 crore in the previous year.

For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, RattanIndia Enterprises posted a net loss of Rs 110.10 crore, narrower than the Rs 358.51 crore loss reported in Q4 FY25. Quarterly revenue increased to Rs 1,696.63 crore from Rs 1,504.56 crore in the year-ago period.

The retail e-commerce segment, the largest business vertical, reported revenue of Rs 7,368.40 crore in FY26, up from Rs 6,542.86 crore in FY25. Segment profit for the e-commerce business stood at Rs 132.75 crore, compared with Rs 177.94 crore in the previous year.

The electric vehicle segment recorded revenue of Rs 135.98 crore in FY26, against Rs 150.75 crore a year ago. Segment loss narrowed to Rs 29.26 crore from Rs 62.48 crore in the previous year.

Basic loss per share for FY26 stood at Rs 1.20 per share, against earnings of Rs 0.61 per share in FY25. Total loss for the year was Rs 163.55 crore, against total income of Rs 81.35 crore in the prior year.

Effective March 25, 2026, RattanIndia Enterprises' investment in RattanIndia Power Limited was reclassified as an associate following the acquisition of significant influence and is now accounted for using the equity method. Total assets as on March 31, 2026 stood at Rs 2,770.89 crore.
