RITES Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) for Project Management Consultancy services spanning logistics infrastructure. The MoU was announced on June 29, 2026.
Under the work-to-work arrangement, CONCOR may assign RITES with PMC services covering the full project lifecycle from concept to commissioning. RITES will provide feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports, detailed engineering, architectural and structural design, project supervision, quality assurance, and construction management for CONCOR's terminals and establishments.
The partnership targets multimodal logistics parks, inland container depots, rail-linked terminals, warehouses, railway infrastructure, administrative buildings, roads, utilities, and allied facilities. RITES will apply its multidisciplinary engineering and project management expertise to planning, design, execution, and supervision of infrastructure projects for CONCOR.
RITES is a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise with 52 years of experience in transport consultancy and engineering, having completed projects in over 55 countries across Asia, Africa, Latin America, South America, and the Middle East. CONCOR is a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways operating inland container depots, container freight stations, and rail-linked terminals across India.
Through this collaboration, both entities aim to combine their strengths for timely execution of logistics infrastructure projects. The partnership is expected to contribute to the development of efficient multimodal logistics facilities in India.
