ROUTE MOBILE LIMITED announced a strategic partnership with Truecaller on July 1, 2026, to expand its global business messaging platform. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, with reference number RML/2026-27/683.
Truecaller has over 500 million monthly active users and more than one billion downloads since launch. The partnership enables enterprises to reach these users through verified, secure messaging with rich media support including images, documents, and videos.
The platform offers one-way and two-way communication, featuring hyperlinks, smart-priority sticky notifications, and read receipts. These capabilities are designed to help businesses improve customer interactions and engagement.
Tushar Agnihotri, CEO of Route Mobile, stated that the collaboration combines Route Mobile's CPaaS infrastructure with Truecaller's user reach to enable brands to communicate more and build trusted interactions. Priyam Bose, Global Head of GTM at Truecaller, added that the partnership will drive broader platform adoption and create new opportunities for enterprise customers.
Route Mobile, established in 2004, is a cloud communications provider headquartered in Mumbai with a global presence in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. It is part of Proximus Global, which combines Telesign, BICS, and Route Mobile to transform communications and digital identity.
Truecaller is headquartered in Stockholm and publicly listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since October 2021. In 2025, Truecaller identified 68 billion spam and fraud calls.
