Saatvik Green Energy Limited has secured fresh orders worth ₹171.45 crore from a reputed independent power producer and EPC player for the supply of solar PV modules.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the orders have been received and accepted for domestic commercial projects and are scheduled to be executed by October 2026.
The contract involves the supply of solar PV modules and has been awarded by a domestic entity. The company clarified that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions and that promoters or promoter group entities have no interest in the awarding entity.
The latest order win further strengthens Saatvik Green Energy’s position in India’s rapidly growing renewable energy and solar manufacturing sector, where demand for domestically manufactured modules continues to rise amid the country’s clean energy expansion plans.
