The previous interest payment on this NCD series was made on March 9, 2026. Sammaan Capital confirmed that the entire interest amount of Rs 5.02 crore has been paid with no delays or defaults. No redemption was due on these debentures for the current period.
Sammaan Capital Limited, formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, has its corporate office in Gurgaon and registered office in New Delhi. These secured redeemable NCDs are listed on both the National Stock Exchange and BSE under scrip codes 535789 and 890192.
