Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited) has confirmed timely payment of interest on its secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) listed on the National Stock Exchange and BSE. For the NCD bearing ISIN INE148I07MK3, Sammaan Capital paid interest of Rs 0.0026 crore on June 25, 2026, ahead of the scheduled due date of June 28, 2026. This series has an issue size of Rs 0.35 crore with monthly interest payment frequency.

For the NCD with ISIN INE148I07ML1, Sammaan Capital paid interest of Rs 0.11 crore on June 25, 2026, against the June 28 due date. The issue size of this series stands at Rs 13.76 crore with monthly interest payout frequency.

The interest record date for both NCD series was June 15, 2026. Sammaan Capital confirmed that the entire interest amount due was paid for both series of debentures. The filing noted no change in payment frequency for either series.

The previous interest payment for both NCD series was made on May 28, 2026, maintaining a consistent monthly payment cycle. The filing is in compliance with the SEBI master circular requirements for listed debt securities.
