Sammaan Capital Makes Timely Interest Payment on NCDs

Sammaan Capital Limited certified to the National Stock Exchange and BSE that it made timely payment of interest on secured redeemable non-convertible debentures. The compliance certificate was submitted under Regulation 57 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Sammaan Capital paid interest on nine series of NCDs on June 25, 2026, two days before the June 27, 2026 due date. The total interest payout amounted to Rs 0.55 crore. The record date for this interest payment was June 12, 2026. All nine series had a monthly interest frequency with no change in payment schedule.

The debentures covered include ISINs INE148I07VQ1, INE148I07VL2, INE148I07VJ6, INE148I07VH0, INE148I07VB3, INE148I07VT5, INE148I07VA5, INE148I07VK4, and INE148I07VI8. The aggregate issue size of these NCDs across all nine series is Rs 68.52 crore. The largest series, INE148I07VJ6, has an issue size of Rs 22.06 crore and an interest payout of Rs 0.17 crore.

Interest on these debentures is paid on a monthly frequency. The previous interest payment across all series was made on May 27, 2026. Sammaan Capital confirmed no change in the frequency of payment for any of the NCD series and stated that no amount remained unpaid or was delayed.

The NCDs are secured and redeemable, issued through a public issue. Sammaan Capital submitted separate intimations to both the National Stock Exchange and BSE. Amit Jain, Company Secretary, signed the certification on behalf of Sammaan Capital, formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited.
