Sammaan Capital Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange and BSE that it has made timely payment of interest on its secured and unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures. The certification was submitted under Regulation 57 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
Sammaan Capital paid interest on two tranches of debentures issued through public issue. For the secured redeemable NCDs bearing ISIN INE148I07GJ7, with an issue size of Rs 13.69 crore, an interest amount of Rs 0.11 crore was paid. For the unsecured redeemable NCDs with ISIN INE148I08231, carrying an issue size of Rs 2.42 crore, interest of Rs 0.02 crore was paid.
The due date for interest payment on both series was June 26, 2026. Sammaan Capital made the payment on June 24, 2026, ahead of schedule. The record date for the interest payment was fixed as June 18, 2026.
Both series of debentures carry a monthly interest payment frequency. Sammaan Capital confirmed no change in frequency or any delay in payment. The previous interest payment for both debentures was made on May 26, 2026.
Sammaan Capital, formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, confirmed that no amount remains unpaid on the interest obligations. The disclosure was filed with both the National Stock Exchange and BSE.
