Sammaan Capital pays interest on eight NCD series

Sammaan Capital Limited has paid interest on its secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) listed on stock exchanges, as confirmed in a regulatory filing on June 25, 2026. The disclosure was made under Regulation 57 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.

The payment covered eight series of NCDs listed on both the National Stock Exchange and BSE with a combined issue size of Rs 47.03 crore. The aggregate interest due on June 25, 2026 was paid on June 24, 2026, one day ahead of schedule. All NCD series carry a monthly interest payment frequency with no change reported.

Interest on the two largest series, INE148I07UV3 (Rs 14.84 crore) and INE148I07UC3 (Rs 15.27 crore), totalled Rs 0.13 crore and Rs 0.12 crore respectively. Sammaan Capital paid Rs 0.08 crore on series INE148I07UN0 (Rs 9.37 crore) and Rs 0.04 crore on series INE148I07UI0 (Rs 5.36 crore).

Interest on the remaining four series was paid on INE148I07UR1 (Rs 1.52 crore), INE148I07UD1 (Rs 0.38 crore), INE148I07UJ8 (Rs 0.25 crore), and INE148I07UU5 (Rs 0.02 crore). The combined issue size of these four series is Rs 2.17 crore.

The total interest payout across all eight NCD series was approximately Rs 0.39 crore. Sammaan Capital Limited, formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, reported no delays or defaults on any listed NCD. The preceding interest payment was made on May 25, 2026.
