Sammaan Capital Makes Timely Interest Payment of Rs 0.96 Crore on NCDs

Sammaan Capital Limited has certified to the NSE and BSE that it made timely payment of interest on its secured redeemable non-convertible debentures issued through a public issue and listed on both stock exchanges.

Sammaan Capital paid interest across eight NCD series, all carrying a monthly payment frequency. The interest was due on June 19, 2026, and was paid on June 18, 2026, a day before the due date. The record date for the interest payment was June 4, 2026.

Aggregate interest paid across all series stood at Rs 0.96 crore. The aggregate face value of the debentures stood at Rs 121.58 crore. The largest NCD series with ISIN INE148I07WU1 had an issue size of Rs 63.00 crore and an interest payment of Rs 0.48 crore. The second-largest series with ISIN INE148I07WV9 carried an issue size of Rs 26.17 crore with interest of Rs 0.21 crore.

Other debenture series included INE148I07WH8 with an issue size of Rs 7.27 crore and interest of Rs 0.06 crore, INE148I07WP1 at Rs 10.21 crore with interest of Rs 0.08 crore, and INE148I07WM8 at Rs 1.18 crore with interest of Rs 0.01 crore. The remaining series are INE148I07WA3 at Rs 0.02 crore, INE148I07VZ2 at Rs 9.53 crore, and INE148I07WJ4 at Rs 4.21 crore.

No change in interest payment frequency was reported for any of the eight series. The previous interest payment for all debenture series was made on May 19, 2026. Sammaan Capital confirmed that no redemption payment was due during this period. The filing was made under Regulation 57 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
