Sonata Software has no knowledge of any factors beyond what has already been disclosed to the exchanges.
Sonata Software has undertaken to continue updating the exchanges on all material events and information as required under applicable law. The clarification was submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited at its Bandra Kurla Complex office, addressed to the Manager of the Listing Department.
