Sammaan Capital Limited announced on June 2, 2026, that S&P Global Ratings has upgraded its long-term international credit rating to 'BB-' with a Stable Outlook. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

The rating action reflects the continued strengthening of Sammaan Capital's credit profile following the strategic investment by International Holding Company PJSC (IHC). S&P cited expectations of an improvement in the business profile, enhanced funding access, continued strong capitalization, and an increase in profitability.

The S&P action completes a series of upgrades by all major rating agencies covering Sammaan Capital since IHC's investment on March 31, 2026. CRISIL upgraded the long-term rating to 'CRISIL AA+/Stable' on April 9, 2026, followed by CARE Ratings upgrading it to 'CARE AA+; Stable' on May 12, 2026, and ICRA upgrading it to '[ICRA]AA+/Stable' on May 20, 2026.

Sammaan Capital stated that the successive upgrades have translated into a meaningful reduction in its incremental borrowing costs. Enhanced funding access and a lower cost of funds are expected to support the company's competitive position, higher disbursements, and execution of its growth strategy.

Sammaan Capital Limited, formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited, is listed on the BSE under scrip codes 535789 and 890192, and on the NSE under the symbols SAMMAANCAP/EQ and SCLPP.
