Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited will hold its 34th annual general meeting on Friday, 31 July 2026, at 4:00 p.m. IST through video conferencing. The annual report for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 and the notice of the AGM will be dispatched to shareholders in due course in compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
The board of Sun Pharmaceutical has recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 per equity share for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. Sun Pharmaceutical has fixed Tuesday, 07 July 2026 as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend. Shareholders on the register as of the record date will be entitled to the dividend, subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM.
The final dividend, if approved by shareholders at the AGM scheduled for 31 July 2026, will be paid on or before Friday, 07 August 2026. The dividend of Rs 5 per share will be paid to all eligible shareholders.
Sun Pharmaceutical has requested shareholders to update their contact details, including email IDs and addresses, with their depository participants for shares held in dematerialized form or with the company's registrar and transfer agent for shares held in physical form. This will facilitate timely delivery of the annual report for 2025-26, the AGM notice, and the credit of the final dividend.
Dividend payment will be subject to deduction of tax at source at applicable rates. Shareholders must submit requisite documents on or before the record date of 07 July 2026 for application of the appropriate TDS rate.
