TBO Tek Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, "Tek Travels DMCC", has been renamed to "Tek Travels FZCO". The disclosure was made on June 11, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The name change follows a revision in naming conventions introduced by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). Entities registered under the DMCC framework are now required to adopt the suffix "FZCO" instead of "DMCC" in their corporate designations. Tek Travels DMCC was originally incorporated under the DMCC regime and has now been renamed in line with this requirement.
TBO Tek clarified that the modification is limited to the subsidiary's name and suffix. The legal status, constitutional framework, and operational structure of the subsidiary remain entirely unaffected by this change. The shareholding pattern and control structure of the entity continue unchanged post the renaming.
The intimation was submitted to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. TBO Tek is listed on BSE under scrip code 544174 and on NSE under the symbol TBOTEK. TBO Tek has also made the relevant disclosure available on its investor relations website for public reference.
TBO Tek is a travel technology platform company headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana. The registered office is located in New Delhi. The wholly owned subsidiary, now renamed "Tek Travels FZCO", continues to operate under the DMCC jurisdiction in Dubai and remains a fully owned entity of TBO Tek.
