Thermax Engineering Singapore Pte. Ltd. (TESPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Thermax Limited incorporated in Singapore, established the Dubai-based entity. Thermax Integrated Middle East L.L.C was incorporated as a limited liability company under the laws of Dubai. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of TESPL and a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Thermax Limited. Thermax Limited holds full control of the entity through its Singapore subsidiary TESPL.
The principal activities of Thermax Integrated Middle East L.L.C include on-site project management services, installation including erection and maintenance, supervision-related services, turnkey project contracting, and marketing support for the ultimate parent company. The entity will provide project management and contracting services for Thermax Limited in the Middle East region.
Thermax Limited will infuse capital of AED 367,000 into the step-down subsidiary in due course. The subscription will be made through cash consideration. Thermax Limited holds 100 percent shareholding in Thermax Integrated Middle East L.L.C through TESPL.
