Titagarh Rail Systems FY26 Net Profit Rises to Rs 150.70 Crore, Declares 50% Dividend

TITAGARH RAIL SYSTEMS LIMITED reported a standalone net profit of Rs 150.70 crore for FY26, compared to Rs 76.97 crore in the prior year. The board recommended a dividend of 50 percent, or Re 1 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each, for FY26.

Revenue from operations for the year was Rs 3,143.58 crore, against Rs 3,747.38 crore in FY25. Total expenses stood at Rs 2,895.53 crore, down from Rs 3,397.75 crore. Profit before tax was Rs 237.64 crore, up from Rs 154.63 crore.

Profit before exceptional items and tax was Rs 295.22 crore, compared to Rs 424.83 crore in FY25. Exceptional items for the year totaled Rs 57.58 crore, lower than Rs 270.25 crore in the prior year. Titagarh reported a loss of Rs 13.21 crore from discontinued operations, against Rs 13.60 crore in FY25.

For the March quarter, Titagarh posted a net profit of Rs 68.02 crore on revenue of Rs 858.54 crore. Profit before tax was Rs 90.50 crore, and total expenses for the quarter were Rs 785.61 crore.

The board approved a full provision for the entire direct and indirect financial exposure in Titagarh Firema Spa, completing Titagarh's exit from European operations. This amount was charged under exceptional items in both standalone and consolidated financials.

The audited results were approved at the board meeting held on May 30-31, 2026. The dividend recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting. The financial results are available on Titagarh's website.
