Transrail Lighting Ltd. announced on Tuesday that it has secured fresh orders worth ₹575 crore across its business segments, strengthening its already substantial order book and enhancing revenue visibility for the coming years.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the new orders have been received primarily in the transmission and distribution (T&D) segment, along with additional orders in its civil and pole businesses. The company also disclosed that it currently holds an L1 position for projects worth approximately ₹400 crore.
The latest wins further reinforce Transrail’s strong presence in India’s power infrastructure sector, where spending on transmission and distribution networks continues to remain robust. The company said it also enjoys a healthy bidding pipeline across both domestic and international markets.
In its press release, Transrail stated that the fresh orders include construction of a 500 kV HVDC transmission line for a marquee customer, supply of products to international markets, specialised civil construction projects and pole supply contracts.
Commenting on the development, Randeep Narang, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Transrail Lighting, said the new orders highlight the company’s diversified capabilities and competencies across business verticals. He added that a strong unexecuted order book, combined with an encouraging bidding pipeline, positions the company to sustain growth momentum while maintaining execution discipline and margins.
The company noted that the ₹575 crore order inflow comes in the normal course of business and adds to its existing order book. Management also highlighted that the company’s long-term growth outlook remains supported by increasing investments in power transmission infrastructure and expanding opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Transrail is a turnkey engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company focused primarily on power transmission and distribution. The company has diversified operations spanning civil construction, railways, solar EPC, poles and lighting solutions. It operates across 63 countries and maintains manufacturing facilities for galvanised lattice towers, overhead conductors and galvanised monopoles in India.
The latest order wins come at a time when infrastructure and power-related companies continue to benefit from strong government spending on transmission networks, renewable energy integration and grid modernisation projects.
