TVS Motor Company Limited has announced TVS Paddock, an exclusive retail channel for its premium motorcycle portfolio. The network will deliver a bespoke retail and ownership journey through immersive customer experiences and specialised service capabilities. The channel is designed for premium motorcycle enthusiasts seeking self-expression, personalisation, community and immersive brand interactions. TVS Paddock offers a new retail philosophy that brings together motorcycles and experiences under a single ecosystem.

TVS Paddock brings together motorcycles, community, experiences, merchandise and personalisation under one roof. The retail network was designed by Checkland Kindleysides, a boutique retail design agency based in London, UK. TVS Paddock is based on the philosophy of Precision Performance and Engineering Mastery with a design theme inspired by TVS Motor's engineering prowess.

Each outlet features end-to-end digital retail experience, premium community spaces, dedicated consultation and customisation zones with build-to-order options, industry-first swim lanes-based product experience, and specialised service facilities. The network reimagines the customer journey from first interaction to lifelong ownership in a sophisticated environment.

Speaking on the announcement, Mr. Sudarshan Venu, Chairman, TVS Motor Company said that TVS Paddock represents the company's effort to redefine premium ownership by bringing together innovation, personalisation, and immersive engagement. He added that the future of premium motorcycling will be defined by the experiences, communities, and ecosystems created around customers.

TVS Paddock is scheduled to be launched in Q2 FY27 through an exclusive premium retail channel. TVS Motor Company has been involved in motorsport for over four decades and uses racing as a testbed for engineering development for its premium portfolio. India is among the fastest-growing premium mobility markets, driven by rising affluent consumers and evolving lifestyle preferences.
