Waaree Energies Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas Inc, has received a one-time order for the supply of 236.22 MW of solar modules from an international customer.
The order was awarded on June 29, 2026, by an entity that develops and manages sustainable infrastructure solutions, particularly in renewable energy projects, and Waaree Solar Americas Inc is a subsidiary incorporated in the United States.
Delivery of the solar modules is scheduled for the first and second quarters of the financial year 2027-28, as per the terms of the supply agreement.
In a regulatory filing to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, Waaree Energies Limited disclosed the order details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, and the filing was issued on June 30, 2026.
The filing confirmed that the ordering entity has no interest from the company's promoters or group companies, and the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction, with details provided in Annexure I.
