Zen Technologies Says No Undisclosed Price-Sensitive Information Behind Volume Spike

Zen Technologies Limited has informed stock exchanges that it has no undisclosed price-sensitive information that could explain the recent surge in trading volume of its shares.

The clarification was submitted in response to a query from the National Stock Exchange, which observed a significant increase in volume in Zen Technologies scrip across exchanges. The NSE, through surveillance letter NSE/CM/Surveillance/17053 dated June 4, 2026, wrote to Zen Technologies seeking to ensure all relevant information is available to investors.

In its reply dated June 5, 2026, Zen Technologies stated that it has been complying with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, 2015, by disclosing all events and information bearing on its operations and performance. Zen Technologies said all price-sensitive information has been shared within statutory timelines.

Zen Technologies confirmed that all disclosures submitted to the exchanges have been made available on its website at www.zentechnologies.com for investor access. Zen Technologies stated that it does not have any information that has not been shared with the stock exchanges and is not in public domain that could relate to the increase in trading volume of its shares.

The response was signed by Sourav Dhar, company secretary and compliance officer of Zen Technologies. Zen Technologies is registered in Hyderabad with its manufacturing unit at Hardware Park near the international airport. Zen Technologies develops training simulators and anti-drone systems for defence and security forces in India and abroad.
