Brigade Enterprises Limited has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a premium residential project on 5.6 acres in Kompally, Hyderabad. The project has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 850 crore.

The proposed development will cater to rising demand for modern living spaces in North Hyderabad. The 5.6-acre parcel is Brigade's latest addition to its residential pipeline in the region. Brigade plans to create a residential community with modern amenities as part of its expanding presence in Telangana.

Amar Mysore, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises, said Hyderabad is a vital growth market for Brigade. The city's economic momentum, driven by technology and infrastructure sectors, supports Brigade's expansion plans. Brigade will focus on acquiring strategically located land parcels that offer growth potential.

Brigade Group entered Hyderabad with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and has expanded through Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar, Brigade Gateway at Neopolis, and Brigade Enclave and Brigade Manor in Moti Nagar. Brigade Gateway at Neopolis spans 4 million sqft as a premium mixed-use development. These projects span residential, commercial, hospitality and retail segments. Brigade will deploy around Rs 5,000 crore across these segments in Hyderabad over the next 3-4 years.

This acquisition follows a previously announced four-acre project in Neopolis that is in an advanced design stage. The JDA adds to Brigade's portfolio across cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysuru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and GIFT City.
