Gillette India reports 23% PAT growth for FY26, recommends Rs 60 final dividend

Gillette India Limited reported sales of Rs 3,100 crore for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, an increase of 8% versus the comparable 12-month period. Sales for the fourth quarter were Rs 792 crore, up 3% year on year.

Profit After Tax for the fiscal year stood at Rs 654 crore, up 23% versus the same period last year. PAT for the fourth quarter was Rs 193 crore, an increase of 21% compared to the year-ago quarter. Profitability improvement was driven by productivity and efficiency gains across cost vectors.

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 60 per equity share for the fiscal year, subject to shareholder approval. Including the interim dividend of Rs 180 per share, which comprised a one-time special dividend of Rs 60 per equity share, the total dividend payout for the fiscal stands at Rs 240 per share.

Gillette India introduced Gillette Guard 3in1 in the men’s grooming segment during the year. In the Oral Care segment, Oral-B launched new kids battery toothbrushes featuring popular characters and expanded its manual oral care portfolio with sensitive toothbrushes.

Through the flagship CSR initiative P&G Shiksha, Gillette India continued to support education for underserved children. Since 2005, the program has impacted over 1 crore children across thousands of schools nationwide.

Gillette India changed its financial year from July-June to April-March effective from the prior year. FY26 results have been indexed against a comparable 12-month period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
