Asahi India Glass Q4 Standalone Net Profit Rises to Rs 125.91 Crore, Board Recommends Rs 2 Dividend

Asahi India Glass Limited reported a standalone net profit of Rs 125.91 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, up from Rs 91.38 crore in the same period a year ago. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at Rs 1,273.00 crore compared with Rs 1,106.01 crore in Q4 FY25.

Total income for the quarter rose to Rs 1,282.08 crore from Rs 1,215.48 crore in Q4 FY25. Total expenses stood at Rs 1,107.63 crore against Rs 992.69 crore in the year-ago quarter. Finance cost for the quarter was Rs 40.08 crore, up from Rs 31.68 crore in Q4 FY25.

For the full financial year 2025-26, Asahi India Glass posted standalone revenue from operations of Rs 4,676.24 crore, up from Rs 4,311.61 crore in FY25. Standalone net profit for the year was Rs 329.94 crore, compared with Rs 389.10 crore in the previous year. Finance cost for the year increased to Rs 198.06 crore from Rs 122.30 crore in FY25.

The board recommended a dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of face value Re 1 for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing annual general meeting. Basic earnings per share for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 4.94 against Rs 3.76 in the year-ago quarter. For the full year, EPS was Rs 13.23 compared with Rs 16.01 in FY25.

The financial results include an exceptional item of Rs 6.54 crore related to past service cost charge under the New Labour Codes. Four subsidiaries were amalgamated into AIS Consumer Glass Solutions Limited, effective July 1, 2025, following NCLT approval.

The board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results at its meeting held on May 27, 2026.
